The United Methodist Men's (UMM) group uses its God given talents to serve the Lord by providing comfort and pleasure to our Church members and to the residents of our surrounding community.
The UMM provides fellowship to residents of the Ruxton Center, prepares Mothers Day and Thanksgiving Day meals and provides assistance to most Cokesbury groups with their various functions. Church maintenance and/or improvements are provided by the UMM and, on every third Sunday we provide the anthem for the second service. We also participate in Cokesbury's flea market program by manning the concession stand on the first Saturday of each month and in the fall, manage a fruit sales program.
Meetings are on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 PM. All men of Cokesbury are members of the UMM and are encouraged to attend and be a part of a ministry that provides joy and comfort to so many. Emmett Wright is always available to speak with you so don't hesitate to talk with him.
